Hello and welcome to 2nd Chance. Where you are given a "2nd Chance" every single week - to check in and Mondays and Thursdays! I hope our bonding process has made this time a little easier to navigate. I look forward to our continued communication as time progresses. With good communication between us, we will be better able to make this process as smooth as possible.
Reminders are sent every Monday and Thursday at 12:30 pm to your email by default unless you go through the steps below to authorize texts
New Clients: If you did not receive the reminder email make sure to check your spam folder. Add me as a trusted contact to minimize the chance of future important messages from my office getting lost in your spam folder.
If you are only receiving email reminders and would prefer texts please text 2CBB to the number 85100 to opt in. You will receive an automated text asking you for permission. You must complete the process by replying with Yes to authorize texting to that particular number.
You will repeat the check-in process until the bond is either completely dismissed or if not dismissed and it goes to court then until the case is completely settled. To end the check-in requirement you will need to provide me with proof that the case is complete and I will close your file.

It is essential that I have current contact information at all times for court notices. If you provide an email or cell phone number, you will receive reminders with a quick link to check-in. You will also receive reminders for court. Failure to do this can result in bond forfeiture and rearrest.
